RESERVATIONS

A reservation is only guaranteed following the provision of a valid credit or debit card number. No room will be held without these details.

PAYMENTS AT VENUE

All major credit and debit cards alongside Cash can be used for payment at Tinto Hotel
 
CANCELLATION & PAYMENT TERMS 

Flexible Rates - A credit or debit card will be charged at time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Booking remains available for refund and modification until 7 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation request is received prior to the 7 day cancellation window a full refund will be processed. If cancellation request is received within 7 days of arrival the full room rate is non-refundable or transferable.

Advance Purchase Rates – A credit or debit card will be charged at time of booking to guarantee your reservation, the full room rate is non-refundable or transferable.

Entertainment Breaks – A credit or debit card will be charged at time of booking to guarantee your reservation, the full room rate is non-refundable or transferable. Cancellation will result in loss of payment. 
 
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

Check-in time from: 3.00pm
Check-out time by: 11.00am
 
SMOKING

Tinto Hotel is strictly non-smoking. Smoking in any of the Hotel’s public areas or guests’ rooms is therefore prohibited.  The hotel reserves the right to demand the guest reimburse any associated cleaning costs, as well as loss of earnings from the inability to sell the room.  Tinto Hotel therefore reserve the right to deduct these costs to the amount of a minimum of £150.00 from the payment card provided at the time of booking.

DAMAGES

In the event that the guest has caused damage to the property or removed goods belonging to the company, Tinto Hotel reserve the right to charge the payment card provided for reimbursement of the damage/loss. 

VOUCHERS

All Vouchers must be presented to Reception on arrival at the hotel.
